The network of experimental farms is a forum for exchanges between the Chambers of Agriculture, the Livestock Institute and the association's members: CIL Ouest, Interbev Coopération Agricole Ouest, Eilyps, Innoval, Seenergi.
The joint discussions on the challenges facing livestock farming allow us to develop partnerships, guide the farms' research projects and manage communication and transfer actions with breeders, advisors and partners in the livestock farming sector.
Complementary in terms of soil and climate contexts, animal breeds, their specific equipment and their different production systems, the experimental farms managed complementary research programmes that fit with a majority of dairy and suckler farmers.
The farms take part in various applied reserchs projects, managed analytical trials, monitor and demonstrate innovation solutions. They are excellent place for transferring solutions to farmers, and are educational tools for training
